Make It Rain Showcase – Day 1 Recap

Elevate Basketball Academy tipped off the Make It Rain Showcase today in Denver with a pair of strong performances.

In Game 1, EBA went toe-to-toe with a tough Boulder Bulls squad. It was a close, back-and-forth battle, with the Bulls holding a 21-14 edge at halftime. EBA fought hard down the stretch but came up just short, falling 34-29. Buster Salazar led EBA with 8 points, while Cruz Berkshire added 6.

The team regrouped quickly and came out strong in Game 2, taking down the Flyers 45-31. EBA led 18-12 at the break and continued to pull away in the second half with tough defense and balanced scoring. Buster Salazar paced the team with 13 points, Cruz Berkshire scored 8, and Marcus Vigil chipped in 6.

With today’s results, EBA has secured the No. 2 seed in the Silver Bracket and will be back in action tomorrow at 1:00 PM.
